How it works:
⁕Each month, your membership payment is automatically processed and added to your account as banked credits. These credits can be used toward any services or products at the spa.
⁕When you visit, your exclusive member discount is applied, and your banked credits are used first. If your total exceeds your available credits, the remaining balance will simply be charged at checkout.
⁕Members enrolled in our new membership format can bank up to one year’s worth of credits—giving you the freedom to save and use them when it works best for you.
⁕Memberships can also be shared with up to three members of your household, making it easy to extend the benefits (ID required at time of visit).

FAQs
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed automatically each month on either the 1st or 15th. Those funds are added to your account as banked credits to use toward services or products.
How do I use my credits?
When you visit, your member discount is applied first, then your banked credits are used. If your total exceeds your available credits, the remaining balance will be charged at checkout.
Do my credits expire?
If you’re enrolled in our new membership format, you can bank up to one year’s worth of credits—giving you flexibility to use them when it’s most convenient for you.
What if I don’t use my credits one month?
No problem—your credits roll over and continue to accumulate (up to the one-year limit for new memberships).
Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership at any time to enjoy additional benefits and savings.
To downgrade your membership tier, the minimum commitment associated with your current tier will need to be completed.
Can I cancel my membership?
Once the minimum commitment associated with your membership tier is completed, you may cancel your membership at no cost. From the date of cancellation, you will have 30 days to use any remaining credits banked or they will expire.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, after the minimum commitment is completed, you may freeze your membership for up to 90 days. We have two freeze options: Full Freeze or Partial Freeze.
Full Freeze: Payment is suspended for requested amount of time. You will be unable to access any banked credits or your discount during the freeze.
Partial Freeze: Full membership payment is suspended but a $19.99 fee is applied for each month the freeze is active. This allows you to have access to any banked credits as well as your discounts during the freeze period. The $19.99 fee is NOT applied to your banked credits.
