Spa Membership Program FAQs

  • Yes, we have a 3 or 6-month minimum commitment. After the commitment is fulfilled, you can go month to month and cancel at any time. We require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your next billing day if you’d like to cancel.

  • You can upgrade at any time. If you decide to downgrade, an account credit is applied to use for future product or service purchases.

  • Services rollover and are valid for six months from the date of purchase as long as your membership is active. Membership payments can also be used toward skincare products. Regardless of whether you come in, you are responsible for the monthly payment. That said, you can transfer or “gift” your monthly service to a friend or family member. If you know you can’t get in one month, or you just want to pamper someone, give us a call and we’ll help you transfer your service for that month to them.

  • Yes, it does. We cannot process payments manually each month.

  • We understand that our guests get new cards all of the time and remembering to update them all can be a pain; however, we ask that you update us as soon as possible as we do have a late fee of $10 after 10-days of no payment.

    After 25-days of non-payment a $25 fee will be assessed, and your account will be placed in to a suspended and pending cancellation.

    After 45-days your membership will be terminated resulting in the forfeiture of all membership credits. If this happens you will be unable to rejoin the membership program for 6-months.

    We always want to work with all of our guests so please call us if you’re experiencing financial difficulties or need to work out payment arrangements.

  • We aim to have a flexible membership program which is why we allow credits to roll over for up to 12-months. If you are nearing the 12-month mark we recommend purchasing homecare, trying a more advanced service, or gifting to a friend or family member.

  • Once a membership is cancelled you will have 30 days to use any remaining credit balance on your account. After 30-days those credits will expire, and we are unable to recover those credits.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to place credits on a gift card because member credits expire after 12-months (or 30-days with a cancelled membership), and gift cards are valid for 5 years in the state of Texas.
